We are looking for a Head of Business Development (Real Estate) for one of our clients. This role is essential in acquiring clients for various property development projects and managing the associated documentation and due diligence processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in client acquisition and project management.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and engage potential clients for property development projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Prepare and review land lease tenders, investment promotion materials, transaction agreements, and other relevant documents to support project initiatives.
- Assist in the due diligence process, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are gathered and analyzed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform client acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Work closely with internal teams, including legal, finance, and project management, to ensure alignment and support for development initiatives.
Qualifications - At least 10 – 12 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related field, preferably within property development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
