My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales (B2B) to lead their sales efforts and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal network and expertise in acquiring new clients, both locally and internationally, using personal network and various other channels

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage personal networks and various channels to acquire new B2B clients locally and overseas.
  • Assist clients in establishing a strong footprint in Hong Kong, ensuring they navigate the local business landscape effectively.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • A robust personal network within the industry that can be leveraged for client acquisition.
